As you browse our website, you can add items to the Shopping Cart by clicking “Add To Cart”. Once you have nothing else to add, please click “Shopping Cart” on the top-right corner of the webpage. Then proceed to check-out by pressing “Checkout”. Continue to “Checkout” by selecting a payment method (see “How Do I Pay” below). Finally, press “Place Order”.

IMPORTANT: Please take down the Order No. for future reference.

You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order.

We process most orders within 3 working days. Online operation is closed on Sundays. If an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you for further instructions.

Under normal circumstances, you should expect to receive a Tracking No. of our courier company within 3 to 5 working days.

However, if you do not hear from us after 5 working days, please contact us at [email protected]

The payments options are available as below.

Payments must be received in full and cleared before your order will be dispatched.

    • Online credit card payment via PayPal – Please note that the name PayPal will appear in your credit card statement and you will receive a notification email from Paypal.

After bank-in, please email the following to us at [email protected]:

    • Order No.
    • Your Name
    • Payment Amount & Name of Bank
    • Date and Time of Bank-in

When payment is received, you will be notified via email. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment. If you have banked in an amount in excess of the total purchase amount including postage, we will provide you with a “credit” for your next purchase.

Please note that your order will not be delivering until funds have cleared. There will be a risk that your order may not be fulfilled when funds have cleared as the item(s) may have sold out in the interim. If such is the case, the customer will be informed and alternative item(s) will be offered.

Shipping is free on all orders over RM200.


  1. We reserve the right to change the delivery charges without prior notice.
  2. All taxes, duties and other fees, if any, are to be borne by customers.
  3. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  4. Please note that the delivery charges are based on per transaction per delivery.

Sale items are strictly non-returnable, no exchanges or refund. Please choose carefully when purchasing.

Coupons must be entered at the time of sale in order to be valid. Coupons are not valid on sale items.

Cancellation of Orders

All orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be cancelled or altered. You may however arrange for an exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Return and Exchange Policy

This is only applicable to normal price items and not Bargain Corner items.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, exchanges are allowed subject to availability. Only shoes that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in sellable condition can be exchanged. Goods must come in their original packaging and have all tags and label intact.

Do note however, buyer will have to bear all additional postage fees on returning and re-sent the parcel.

Damaged or Defective Items

Our store procedures are to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We will then either deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts if possible to you at no cost to you after investigation if it is confirm defective items.

We will not offer an exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. Please note that general wear and tear, including pilling of fabric, is not grounds for a faulty replacement.
